I feel terrible!:( I have not been to the gym in a week. I am so looking forward to going after work today. I never thought I would miss the gym! I am starting to get sick now too so hopefully I can sweat the sickness away right?! I went to the chiropractor on Monday because my hip was just a little out of place from shoveling last week. I am hoping the gym doesn't knock the hip right back out, but I am sure I will be just fine.
I think I might try a class tonight. They say you are suppose to shake up your workouts to stun your body so I think I better do something different. Even with being sick I still feel like I have tons of energy.
I am still having some trouble with the food, but I continue to work on it. I know I will get there though.
